How this preview handles your information.
What stays on your device
Saved prompts and submission drafts are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not linked to an account or synchronized to another device. Clearing browser storage deletes them.
Search and browsing
Search terms may appear in the page URL and your browser history. This version has no newsletter delivery, public account registration or analytics integration.
Requests to the site
Your browser requests pages and images from the site server. If hosted, the hosting provider may process routine request information under its own policies. This local preview makes no promise about a future host’s retention practices.
The site server retrieves published content from Convex. Uploaded media is stored with Convex. Gallery filtering runs in your browser; your local saved prompts do not sync to the cloud.
Sharing and downloads
Sharing uses your device’s share dialog or copies a link. Downloads are created in your browser. Local drafts remain on your device unless you explicitly send a recipe for review. When submissions are open, your name, email, recipe and notes are stored in Convex for the editors; sending does not automatically publish them.
Administrator accounts
Invited administrators sign in through Better Auth. Account information, hashed passwords and sessions are stored in Convex. Necessary session cookies keep administrators signed in. Administrative edits are recorded in an activity log. These accounts are separate from public browsing.
Before a public launch
This notice describes the current preview. It must be updated with the site operator’s contact details and actual service providers before accounts, analytics or public submissions are enabled.
